Return Eligibility
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order if:
- The product is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.
- You received the wrong item.
- The product arrived damaged or defective.
To initiate a return, please contact us before sending any items back.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of:
- Opened or used skincare products.
- Products that are not in their original condition.
- Items damaged due to misuse, improper storage, or normal wear and tear.
- Gift cards or promotional items.
Return Process
To request a return, please email us with:
- Your order number
- The reason for the return
- Photos of the product (if it is damaged or incorrect)
Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will provide instructions for returning the item.
Return Shipping
If the return is due to our error (such as receiving the wrong or a defective product), we will cover the return shipping costs.
If the return is for any other reason, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
Inspection and Refund
After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your return. If approved, any eligible refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
